we flew to sydney for a few days in january to celebrate our friend kaan's birthday. his lovely wife bron organised a yacht to sail sydney harbour for the day as a surprise. it was also a surprise that we were coming, the look on his face was priceless when we first saw him, he did a double take!
on our first day we walked down to walsh bay for breakfast, then did some shopping in the city followed by late lunch in westfield then to the hotel to get ready for dinner.

it rained, rained and rained some more! the rain stopped about mid morning and it warmed up, we had such a fun day catching up, drinking and eating.

last day
we spent our last day catching up with family & friends. first up we had coffee with adam's uncle carl and his wife kim in the city then went and said hello to abbey, summer and archie, it was so lovely to see them! then in the afternoon we had some last minute shopping to do in the city and stopped by lina's on the way to the airport. it was great to see her, oscar and his new little brother who was born in october.
